Users are advised to upload well-mixed songs with volume headroom, avoiding limiters as they are applied during mastering. The platform guides users in selecting a reference track within the same genre and vibe, especially recommending instrumental tracks for beats. After uploading a song, users are directed to the download page once processing is complete. Songmastr, utilizing the open-source library Matchering, masters tracks based on RMS, frequency response, peak amplitude, and stereo width of the reference track. It allows free mastering for up to seven songs weekly without the need for software or registration, supporting songs up to 10 minutes and 80MB.
